SHAZ PROFESSIONAL TUTORING

Our policy:

1.All students must fill the student's registration form before commencing the first session.

2.Lessons not attended by the student without a 48 hours prior notice shall be charged half of the tuition fee. If this carries on, SPT has the right to charge the student a full fee for not informing us 48 hours prior the lesson.

3. In case of any emergencies or illness, SPT will not charge any fee for late cancellation. An explanation or reason from the parent should be provided.

4.The tutoring contract may be terminated by the client or the tutor by giving one week's written notice. A text message is acceptable.

5.Payment by bank transfer must be cleared before or on the day of the lesson. Parents who chose the monthly basis must ensure the payment is made at the end of the month otherwise SPT has the right to charge for late payment. £3 extra will be charged for any late payment.

6.Payment should be made on time, any late payment will result to a first warning notice.

7.All materials, including the videos, notes, booklets and revision material are not to be copied, photographed, photocopied or otherwise reproduced without SPT's written permission.

8.We do not accept any rude behaviour from students. If a student show no interest in education or is not progressing and fail to attempt their task numerous time. SPT will inform the parents immediately.
